Lovely low carb confection cake a la Helene.

I love chocolate and sweet cakes. I know it is not healthy, therefor I try to save it for the weekends. And jippi hippi! Today is it Saturday!

I want to bake a Sarah Bernhardt, but low carb. Done it before, and it taste exactly the same.

I do it simple, and use what I have. I dont buy sertain brands. I buy cheap if there is. 
This is what I used today:
 Recipe:
1. Layer:
    * 400 gram almonds
    * 5 or 6 table sukrin/ stevia sugar (I use         50/50, taste better)
    * 5 or 6 egg whites, depend on the size. 

Mix egg whites stiff. Grind the almonds. Add sugar. Mix it carefully together. 

Use a baking tray, 30 x 40 cm. Spread it out on the plate. Put it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. 

2. Layer:
* 6 tablespoons sugar
* 250 gram butter
* 5-6 egg jokes 
* 2 tablespoons cacao
* 1 t spoon vanilla extract 

Mix sugar and butter until it get white. 
Add one egg at the time. Then cacao and vanilla. 

Spread it over the almond base. Let it cool down in the fridge or freezer. 

3. Layer 
* 200 gram dark chocolate 
* 2 tablespoons butter

Melt together in hot water. 
Spread over second layer.
